Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your White Paper Exam Center account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Here is exactly how to do it, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@whitepaperec.in with the subject line “Delete my account”.
- Send it from the email address registered on your account, and include the mobile number you use to sign in, so we can confirm the request is really yours.
- We verify the request against your registered mobile number or email address.
- We delete your account and confirm by email once it is done — normally within 30 days.

Deleting your account is permanent. You lose access to your submitted answer sheets, results and any remaining time on a paid plan, and we cannot restore them afterwards.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email address, mobile number, password, class and stream
- Answer sheets you uploaded — photographs and PDF files — and the evaluated copies returned to you
- Your test attempts, answers, marks, scores and teacher feedback
- Your entries on leaderboards
- Notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account
What is kept, and for how long

Everything else listed above is removed from our live systems within 30 days of a verified request, and from routine encrypted backups within a further 90 days.
