Weightage: Around 20% of the questions come from the Class 11 syllabus, while 80% are drawn from Class 12 topics.
Domicile: Open to all-India candidates, though a majority of the seats (typically 85%) are reserved for Maharashtra-domicile candidates.
Good Score: A score of 170+ is generally required to secure admission into top-tier government colleges, while 99+ percentile is highly competitive. A 70 percentile corresponds roughly to a rank of 40,000, which can secure a seat in reputed private institutions.
